It would help if Royal Mail employees understood their own rules. A package has to be delivered to the address on the package. The name on the package is irrelevant. The guy at Cheadle sorting office this morning asked for my daughter's id as her name was on the package. He didn't like it when I showed him my id with the correct address. He needs to learn his own rules!

Shockingly bad service. Rude ignorant caveman behind the counter. Shaking his head at his colleague as though I were dumb for asking was there any proof I could get for dropping off a parcel. Shame on you! Wonder if you speak to your mother like you spoke to me. Reported to Royal Mail
