Nice tidy store today but was spoilt by rude member of staff when I refused to use self service checkout..I left products and went to Superdrug where I was served with a smile and the product was cheaper..THANKS SUPERDRUG..

When ever me or my wife need a new fragrance I love going to see the one man that knows everything about aftershaves and perfumes, Ashley. This guy is amazing at his job and there's nothing he doesn't know. Suit this guy up, stick a manager's badge on him and leave him on that department. No hard selling, just friendly and always listens to what you like. Which results in my walking out smelling nice and a few quid down. But very happy.

I called at 10pm to enquire about the availability of a specific medication item. The individual who answered the phone was exceptionally friendly and provided valuable assistance. Despite not having the item in stock, they offered valuable advice on finding an out-of-hours pharmacy that might have it. Outstanding customer service experience.

Well, I had to pay for goods having been in for a prescription and considering that I felt really ill, the last thing I wanted to do was to go to a self service scan your own, pack & pay till.....Boots have now got rid of their counter tills where the assistant would always pack your bag as well. Boots at the retail park in Denton this is a bad decision you have taken, the queues at Christmas are going to be terrible! Why have you done this? Yes, put a few of these in but surely removing all of the original counter tills is ridiculous!!!

Nice place. Some things are very expensive though. Prices are increasing rapidly. Staff are great though.

One conspicuous feeling you have in this store is how Neat the floor is. It's well ventilated and well lit here.They are well stocked. I went here to see the pharmacist for my Yellow fever vaccine which I had booked in advance from their website.They were very polite and explained stuff to me well. I would always recommend Boots to everyone.

Pharmacy not good 3 days still not got medication didn't inform my GP they had no stock of the prescribed medication and didn't inform me after several phone calls I have now had it sent to Cohen's will not use Boots in future will use Cohen's

Pharmacy is a joke. Constantly waiting for items to be ordered. Not just a day, bit waiting 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks for compression socks.Greg kept saying they were in transit, and he personally would "chase them up tomorrow", then I found out he was on his day off, when I called for an update.
