Had two prescriptions active. Asked to cancel one and they cancelled the wrong one by accident. Had to pay for two prescriptions and was told they can't switch it after lady on the phone told me I could prior to bringing it back. Worst pharmacy in the UK.Also took them 1 week to order it in.

If I could give less than one star I would. Phone generally rings out, or is answered and put down. They seem to think no one works and has the time to collect prescriptions over 3 separate visits. I've never known a pharmacy needing a week to order and prepare repeat prescriptions. Not everyone drives. How they expect elderly or immobile folks to get taxis on the off chance your prescription is ready. It's the luck of the draw. Maybe helpful if they had some Saturday opening times

Brought a prescription to boots for migraines same old story not in stock it will be in tomorrow took it over to this pharmacy they had it in friendly staff they answer the phone unlike boots and the medicines are in

Shocking! I turned up to the pharmacy at 12:58 to see the shutter was halfway down and no signs around apart from one that stated the opening times from 08:30- 18:00. I returned at 13:30 after thinking they would be on lunch and the shutter was still half way down. After another 15 minutes I tried to call the store but no answer then when I tried to call again, the call was cancelled.At 14:22 the shutter finally raised and there was a sign on the window saying they would be on dinner from 1pm - 2pm!It would help if they actually had this on show and didn't go on dinner for over 1 hour 20 minutes!

Fantastic pharmacy who really work hard to meet deadlines even when short on staff. Shame the doctors next door is not as good - avoid medlock vale at all costs

Absolutely useless.Every month they get something wrong with mine and my wife?s prescription.This month they didn?t call to let me know it was ready .But it is never their fault.

It?s always your fault or they didn?t get the prescription till late the previous day I couldn?t believe it when she said this as I was phoning at 11am and said I will be a couple of hours so I was told they would try and get it done how hard is it to pick and label 3 items and it?s not the first time it?s a joke it?s not like the prescription was big..

This place is an absolute shambles the manager is very rude they can't get nothing right they have you running backwards and forwards for prescriptions that they can't get right infact 3 times in one day we had to call they had me phoning around to try and find medication that they had run out of not just on one occasion but quite a few times that all this has happened which has now led me to put in a official complaint to head office bring back the old chemist use to work better then

This pharmacy is quite slow and they didnt have my prescription in stock last time i visited. They also allowed three people inside when the space in small, in the current situation all others are limited at two!There is free parking round the back
