Sportage service at Kia DukinfieldMy Sportage recently received it's 4th annual service at this Kia dealership. I had a timely reminder that it was due and booking a convenient date was very easy. On the day I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and provided with a courtesy car. As this was a top of the range Sportage PHEV I needed a quick class on modern automatic gearboxes, cheerfully given. I was notified within 4 hours that the service was complete, and on my way to collect my car I had a call from Steve, the workshop supervisor, who had an unexpected cancellation of a scheduled satnav update. As he was aware that I had enquired about this he wondered if I would like him to proceed with it. I gave approval, and the (free) up dating process was completed in much less time than I expected, though I was not unhappy to be sitting in the comfortable waiting area with complimentary drinks.Excellent initiative and customer service from every member of staff I met. This is not common nowadays - a company which under-promises and over-delivers - thank you!Since then my car has undergone it's MoT. Again, everyone involved goes the extra mile to provide first class service. Car was returned washed and vacuumed and with a "condition report" on nearly 40 items. Very impressive!

Collected on time, Service, MOT, Wash and Vac and Returned looking like new again, all in one day, can?t be bad, even better when you get a call to say all done and all ok apart from one minor fault. Rear windscreen wiper was split which they said they would change or I could do it, as I had a spare one.I have been a loyal customer with Premier ever since my Aunty recommended Nigel, Lisa and there Team some 23 Years ago. They are always striving to improve on whatever they think would benefit by it.Happy customers,Jim & Lesley Harrison.

I can?t fault this garage. We have purchased 3 cars over the years and always been satisfied with all work completed and sales . All staff are so polite and friendly and Graham who collects my car and always goes over and above . He deserves 6 stars if I could award them .

My car recently had a service and MOT (no cost on the day as I agreed a plan at time of purchase). The car was collected and delivered as promised taking the hassle out of me arranging a lift or a courtesy car. All paperwork was retuned by the Driver and the car had a mini valet free of charge as part of the service/MOT. Exceptional service with no hassle whatsoever! Thank you!

Bought an 8 month old car from this dealer 3 months ago. Happy with the deal and the car was delivered and all seemed fine. After a few days a number of minor stone chips on the windscreen became apparent and I also spotted a couple of paint chips on a door handle. Rang the salesman who said he'd speak to their windscreen firm to see if the marks could be polished out and he'd sort out a paint touch-up pen and to leave it with him.After hearing nothing, I rang again a few weeks later and got a similar response. Two further calls later, another 'Leave it with me', but nothing.These may only be minor items but I spent a lot of money and I'm disappointed with the after sales service. Seems like 'Leave it' is what happens.Well the windscreen will now need replacing due to a later unrelated incident and I shall be buying my own paint pen!UpdateReceived a call from the Sales Manager today, following my initial review.An offer was made to pay the insurance excess of the replacement windscreen, which I was happy to accept. I was also assured that a paint pen would be sourced and dispatched as soon as possible.Based on this and the quick response, which shows that the dealership takes these reviews seriously, I have increased my rating from 2 to 3.As I have a KIA service plan I shall consider using this dealer to carry out the next service and if I do, perhaps my rating will increase further.

We have been using Premier Kia for over 10 years and can't fault the service we receive. This time round we had some issues along the way (not the fault of Kia or ourselves - someone ran into the back of our car a month before we were due to part-ex for our new car). Both Ayub and Stuart couldn't have done more to help us in what was a really stressful time. We can't thank them enough, without them being so supportive and patient I don't know where we would be. I would recommend these guys 100% - quality cars and a quality, personal service. Thank you! Laura & Danny

It?s might be an idea to retrain your staff in the manner of driving as one of your underlings just decided to cut me up on the M60 and decided to give me the finger for her mistake.This happened around 18:20 on 22nd September, the driver a middle aged Asian with glasses.The registration of the car is MT72WKL a Kia Niro fully stickered up with your company information plastered all over it. (I?m assuming she?s not the brightest of employees)Personally I?d make her drive her own car if she?s actually got one as opposed to a company car she clearly abuses, cuts people up , tailgates and clearly believes 95mph is the British speed limit.As this car she is abusing is a demonstration vehicle it will one day be sold to a customer. After what I have witnessed today I?d avoid buying ex demos off these people!!

My car was serviced and passed its MOT on Monday. I have a service plan with Kia Dukinfield because it?s an excellent garage. The staff are really helpful and very trustworthy.
