Great service always very helpful,they could not do enough to help me sort out my banking problems even phoned me later tocheck everything was ok. Yes I know sometimes there is not always a parking spot but just wait a while or park across the road,yes there is a que in the bank but if you look at yourself you take a minimum of 8 minutes at the tiller.This bank is still better than Oldham town centre

No parking available every time I go.Why is the bank still closed on a Saturday.???No reason it should not be open again for customers on a Saturday.The only time I have to get to the bank is a Saturday when I'm not working.We need to put back normal working hours at this bank.Failsworth branch.No access to scan cheques into the bank using online app either.At the moment the Natwest is way behind with the times.Most banks cheques can be scanned in online.Living in the dark ages.

The coin machine is not working so you cannot pay coins into your account. Please go to Middleton branch instead. Avoid

Never have a problem with staff always seem polite and helpful. iIt's the waiting times that get everyone frustrated with there does seem to be more staff walking round than actually serving customers.

Staff always friendly and helpful, parking can be a problem at times.

The worst customer service Iâ??ve ever experienced in this particular branch all the other ones have been fine the staff need to learn how to deal with customers and maybe crack a smile once in a while problem after problem with the branch and the extremely rude staff .

I had to give 1 star or I couldn't leave a review. Staff is a major issue not the job they do but lack of on a Monday there is only one staff to deal with a bank full of people 7 people in front of me and 8 people behind me all waiting 20 plus mins if not longer Natwest sort it out give your heads a wobble
