I ordered vegan jacket potato that came out with cheese and butter.There were no baguettes. Nice atmosphere, very welcoming and dog friendly. Lovely food which came quickly. Clean and pleasant toilet facilities.Parking: Parking machine out of order - paid using RingGo - not sure what other options there were

Went for Christmas dinner. Dale was extremely accommodating of us as we messed him about somewhat with our constant changes of party size. Food was good value for money and service was excellent throughout.
We’re a great canal-side family eatery. At The Kingfisher you can watch the narrow boats from the beer garden as you dine in the sun. We’re only two miles from the beautiful Dove Stones Reservoir and have the Fells on our doorstep, so this is a great stopping off point for a refreshing drink or a spot of lunch.
We provide not only good traditional dining, but also a meeting place for families and friends, many attracted by our special pizza and grill nights. We offer a mixture of bar service and table service in a warm, friendly environment.
