It?s a shame I can?t give them no stars but they are jokes. Charges for medication deliveries £5 a month or £55 a year which is a saving of £5 how generous. May I add this is the price they expect everyone to pay even if you are a pensioner. I think this is totally disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. Screwing over the British public

Honestly don?t bother! Staff take their time with everything, don?t help and you?re lucky if the pharmacist is it.Shocking customer service. They take more breaks than any business I?ve ever seen.If you?re after a prescription good luck! You?ll need it because you ain?t getting it from there if they even order you the correct items.Shocking!!!!!!

They need more staff. Going to collect perscriptions (Which are ordered ahead of time) sometimes means 20-40 minutes instore while they prepare the order there at that moment. When booking a delievry for my perscription I was told it come on X date and when it was not delievered I phoned up to find out they could not fulfill the perscription. So I had to wait an additional couple of days. It is an entirely frustrating process and while I have never had a problem with the personality of staff I find the wait times horrendous!

I visited your Heywood store today. Whilst in the store I witnessed a gentleman clear a shelf into a bag he was carrying and run out. Within minutes he returned and cleared another shelf and ran out. I could only see two ladies working in the store and no security. I felt sorry for those working that day. It must be very frightening that this happens. Surely there should be more staff including security in store Hope your staff are OK

I?ve never been spoken to so badly in my life and It was completely uncalled for. I was so shocked to be spoken to like I was so thick and as if I didn?t have a brain?. like I was dirt under her shoe. Nasty woman and nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. I wished I?d taken her name. I went to get a prescription and hadn?t managed to get it from anywhere else for the last 3 weeks and she was annoyed it had been that long and tried to basically say I was stupid for waiting that long even after saying I?d literally tried 4 different pharmacies over the weeks and they didn?t have the correct amount, they didn?t even have the correct amount so I tried again another 2 after this one. She just wanted to belittle me. She must have a horrible life because it was just unneeded and I feel sorry for her to have to live with so much anger inside that she can?t even cope with a day to day friendly customer like me.

Only one payment que for both prescriptions and products! If you pop in for a lipstick or shower gel be prepared to wait for for the 10 people waiting for prescriptions very very rude staff ! Incredibly frustrating!

They never pick up the phone. It would help with speeding up the process of not having to wait in-store for the prescription to be prepared. Most recently been waiting upto 20 minutes for the prescription to be prepared in-store.
