Tried to collect my daughters prescription 3x to be told each time they didnt have anything on file... raised with the doctors are they're saying it was taken off due to no collection.This is untrue as i attempted on 3 different occasions... one of which was the day the doctors called me to let me know it was available for collection!Terrible and i will be looking into complaining officially !

This pharmacy appears chaotic at best. They are busy but I have been into many pharmacists over the years but this is the worst. Default response is ? it?s not ready?. This often necessitates multiple visits. Even though I order 2weeks in advance. Family members have experienced similar issues. There appears to be plenty of staff but they appear to be disorganised and uncoordinated. This is meant to be constructive to enable them to use feedback in a positive way to benefit their customers

So lucky to have this fantastic pharmacy on our doorstep. Josh is such a helpful, caring guy who goes that extra mile. Highly recommended and very grateful thanks for ordering meds that others said were unavailable

Poor customer experience. Too often the staff in this pharmacy, with perhaps two exceptions, have been poorly trained (if at all) and show little concern for customers. The silence when processing prescriptions is unnecessary and little effort is made to reassure and provide even a smile. It looks and feels like a depressing place to work and should be better.

I have recently been liaising with Josh at Internet Pharmacy, and he has been so helpful and accommodating. This is not my usual pharmacy, however, they support with smoking cessation, which is why I have been using them. There have bern times I have needed to check things with Josh, and he has always rung me back, and his team are so friendly. When I went today, I heard staff stating that a customer had been complaining. I think the problem must be with that individual, as they have bent over backwards for me...

More problems. Ordered on their app and left with no medication, even though I had confirmation email, my GP never received it. I've changed chemist as can't miss my pills.

Although one or 2 minor issues that were resolved the staff here go out of there way to try to help and advise and they are easy to get through to on the phone.

Myself and family members have been using this Pharmacy for many years. We have found them to be very professional and efficient. Very helpful friendly and giving professional advice. Personally I would not go anywhere else.

Can't thank this pharmacy enough!Having been prescribed morphine for my back I couldn't collect due to back pain for a few days and I rang to explain why I couldn't collect. They arranged for it to be delivered that day by a very nice ladySo many thanks to Debra and the staff member who organised it. Thank you so much it rely was appreciated.

Called at the pharmacy for a consultation. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me for which I?m very grateful as he did not have to put himself out. Also the staff are really helpful and friendly. I wouldn?t go anywhere else.
