The only good thing about this branch is the paying in machine when its working though its inside. The queue is quite often out of the door, and when you finally make it inside you notice the space for three cashiers and only one working. They have a lovely glass wall so you can see the other 2/3 staff counting cash and pressing buttons to make themselves look busy when really they're just twiddling their thumbs n having a laugh at everyone waiting in the queue for 20 minutes.
On a side note i'd delete the first bit and make this 5 stars if you replaced one of the outdoor cash machines with a paying in machine.

Staff diner want to help, was told I had to use the machine for putting money into an account. The machine only accepts a thousand pounds at a time and I had several thousand. I was stuck near the door where the machine is having to count out the thousands in front of everyone inside and everyone passing the glass frontage.
Poor customer service.
