“I visited your Heywood store today. Whilst in the store I witnessed a gentleman clear a shelf into a bag he was carrying and run out. Within minutes he returned and cleared another shelf and ran out. I could only see two ladies working in the store and no security. I felt sorry for those working that day. It must be very frightening that this happens. Surely there should be more staff including security in store Hope your staff are OK”
