Complete and utter disgrace. Do not order off this site. If I could, I would leave no stars but people need to be aware that what is ordered isn't what you receive. We ordered a lovely little suit for £25 plus £10 postage but what we received was vastly different to what we got. it had a different trim, shoddy finish and very different from the photo. We contacted the company and didn't get a sorry or a offer to send what we had ordered just an address to return the item. When i questioned the lack of return postage label i was told we had to pay return postage and given the excuse that they had changed the design but hadn't updated the website and therefore i had the correct item. i was told that they will take the outfit down and updated photos but this is yet to be seen. They have no sense of common decency; people who are ordering their products are mentally fragile and going though a lot with the loss of their child. They have enough on their plate without having to worry about actually getting what they ordered. and then having to deal with a uncaring "Oh Well" attitude when what they received isn't what they ordered. I have included photos of what we ordered and what we actually received for you to see.

Amazing service. Beautiful selection of tiny baby clothes it was so hard to choose my favourite! I bought a set for my Angel preemie born at 22 weeks. I was told it fit him perfectly. I definitely recommend heaven and hope!

This company offers a wonderful service. I had a miscarriage and was just browsing the internet out of curiosity and came across this website. I saw coffin for miscarriage. I didn?t even know that such thing existed . I quickly ordered the tiniest coffin in the world. I was able to have a private funeral in my garden and laid my little fetus to rest. I wish more people know about this service. I was so pleased as all my other miscarriages ended in the toilet but this time I was able to put a fetus and it?s content in a tiny coffin. Just wanted to say thank you to the person who thought about a service like this. Really appreciated. It brings happiness during sad times.Psalms 139: 13-16 shows that the life of a person does not begins at birth, it begins from conception. This was the scripture that was read at the baby?s funeral.
