We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village today. Jason the Sales Manager couldn't do enough to help us. He was there when we needed him without being in the way, listened to everything we were looking for and wasn't at all pushy !! Have ordered a new dining table can't wait for it to arrive ?

Just been to this store for the first time Jason Williams looked after us. He was very knowledgeable and showed us around with no pressure. After a good look around we settled on a sofa to be delivered in around 4 weeks.

Great place to go for sofas. Plenty of choice, and I was given as much time as I needed to make my choose the perfect one for my home.Lee was great from start to finish. I came here twice in two days narrowing down my choices and colours. If you're visiting please do ask for him, he'll make your trip so much easier!

Me and my family went here yesterday to look for furniture for our new house. From sofas to beds, dining table and chairs, wardrobes, mattress and more. Lee Smith was very friendly, helpful, very professional and walked around with us and priced everything up. We have ordered everything for our new house because of the service we received from Lee. Disgusted by the customer service!The worst buying experience I?ve ever had. Ordered a dining set in May, still haven?t received the order OR EVEN A DATE confirming delivery, & we?re now half way through September.No communication from the store whatsoeverHad to call the store myself 10+ times, only to be told ?we will send another email, but this could be ANOTHER 10+ days?Furious is an understatement. The store is happy to take your money but are completely unwilling to communicate regarding delivery!Shame on you

[Frustration + Disappointment + Unhappy]Avoid Furniture village, Poor customer service, Poor delivery.Ordered a product and it took 2 months and the product is still not delivered. I call the Bolton almost everyday and they always give lame excuses. Zero commitment, Zero customer value.

Ater looking at rugs in several places I called in Furniture Village on the 6th August and ordered a new rug. It was the only one that I had seen and liked.It is now the 10th August and it is in place in my lounge. Absolutely love it.I am so impressed with the service and delivery. I promptly received delivery instructions via my e.mail and was immediately given a delivery date, followed rapidly by a one hour time slot which ws upheld.Thank you

I was very impressed with one of the sales team when I visited with my handicapped sister to buy a chair for her. He was very helpful and spoke directly to my sister and made sure she understood what was happening. He took her through the purchase step by step and gave very clear, specific and simple instructions that my sister could follow.

Ridiculous wait time for orders, yet happy to lie and take your money as a deposit. I ordered a suite on the 14th April and was told it?s made in the uk so they are pretty quick, approx 9 to 11 weeks, thought fair enough so went ahead with it. Then much to my suprise, the emails started. First email at the end of May said that there are delays and it would be expected at the end of June, next email was beginning July , then mid July then late July then early august and now late august. I have tried calling the store as they said that?s what you have to do yet there is never any answer, you just get an answer machine.Do not go here and do not believe what they tell you about about delivery timescale?s.

Avoid purchasing anything from furniture village! I bought 5k sofa and other living room furniture and sofa came damaged. So I paid that amount for damaged sofa . Aftercare team is shocking. You have to call and wait in the queue more then one hour and then they say we will call you back but it?s never happened. Very bad experience

Avoid like the plague.Ordered a bed it come after 12 weeks which we understood due to covid. It was making clanky noises when you would lie on it.Eventually the screws that was holding it in place broke and the bar supporting the bed nearly snapped in half of you had kids it would definitely be worrying. the bed has been broke for 6 weeks now as you can see in the picture it?s not in sleeping condition.Customer service? they will certainly give you a brain tumour it?s that bad. From pillar to post as if it?s one big act that they will fix it.I am going to ask them to refund it today and pick the bed up but I can imagine that would take another couple of months.DO NOT RELY ON THEM FOR HELP.They have had plenty of scandals with trading standards and I am not surprised.I have a friend that?s a journalist I am going to her in hopes to expose my story and this company.Keep an eye out in the news.
