Misdiagnosed my son at a referral apt with thrush and told to use mouthwash and painkillers, I said it wasn?t that but said come back in 3 days if any worse, by that evening my son couldn?t eat or speak properly and ended up at the docs the next morning diagnosed with tonsillitis and now on 8 antibiotics a day and difflam spray! Don?t recommend for a pharmacy referral! Even I knew it wasn?t thrush!

USE SOMEONE ELSE !!!!!!!One star is one too many, my custom is now elsewhere ! Where do i begin had 3 prescriptions first no problem second they hadn't received it ( so they said ) checked with surgery had been sent 3 days earlier she sent it again while i was in the doctors surgery they say it will be there by 1pm , the pharmacy said they hadn't got it , checked with surgery it had been sent at 11.30 , i went into chemist , not recieved it ! 10 minutes later she found it in the back ,tried blaming someone on the afternoon shift yesterday, second time similar except i was told ( on the thursday) it will be ready monday, monday came similar thing long wait, they hadnt reeived it, i think they were happy for me to just leave , i stood my ground, explained it had happened before , i had checked and knew it had been sent , so, back again looked through a bunch of prescriptions just sitting on the counter, not there , went into the back looking through more prescriptions eventually she finds it,Today i went for my prescription, asked a favour , would they witness my passport photo ( i had the original with me had to send a photo copy which needed signing) a lot of humming and aaaghhing then accepting a pharmacist is on the list to authorise signing she says there will be a £5 charge, cheap i thought so i was going to give £10, paid for my prescription the pharmacist then says can the doctor not do it , i said they have a policy NOT to do them and they referred me to Manor as the doctor had just done my prescription, so £10 on counter 3 of them talking in the back, 1 working , 10 minutes later she says '' i don't know you '' ! i say you have just done my prescription and offer her my passport , still she refuses ?? so why say £5 charge ??? Final straw with this bunch of incompetents ! just phoned 3 people who i know use these regular 2 have said they will change due to this and other things that have ocurred with them also.USE SOMEONE ELSE !!!!!!! by the way don't bother ringing them of the 3 times i have been in the phone just rings out while they are all stood around talking.

Misinformed staff!! I was told I needed a prescription by a lady with blonde hair and a green shirt an for over the counter ointment called eumovate (15g), when I have bought it from this (Leigh Manor Pharmacy), and other pharmacies before without a prescription. You can buy this OTC ezcema ointment at boots, tesco or superdrug without prescription. Its the 30g one that needs prescription. You would think the staff are trained!!!

Usually great service but today I went to collect my medication and the door was locked and lights were out. This was at approximately 1.30.The opening times on the door said 9 till 5, when I knocked on, I was told they were shut until 2. Not helpful, I have now run out of my medication as I cannot go back today to collect as I work in a care home and have a shift to work. An elderly man also tried the door only to be turned away. There is no signage on the door to explain the 'new' opening times causing people to come out of their homes for their medication only to have to make the trip again later or on another day. During this pandemic this is really not fair, especially for the elderly as they are having to make an extra trip out when it shouldn't be necessary. Please make your opening times clear on the door. Thankyou.
