Save yourself the bother and go somewhere else. Cheer for my cold bath in my newbuild due to lack of quality control. Was hoping for a bath before Christmas but now I got to wait to new-year. Don't worry I be ordering the plumber to return your bath mixer valve and replace it with a different manufacturer

Brilliant company. We rang them cos our kitchen mixer tap was dripping. The asked us for the Tap ref number, identified the part and it was delivered by first class post. Free of charge. Would recommend them.
