Main issue is that they never answer the phone! Not good when you want to check if meds are there so you don?t have to make a wasted journey!

Phone is either engaged or never answered. The only time you are notified your prescription is being delivered is, on the rare occasion, by text on the day of delivery leaving no time to reschedule if you are not in!! Hopeless service.

yes they do ignore the phone but they are not slow.ive been there before to pick up a prescription, had to go to my gp first and in the 5-10 minutes i was there the queue went from out the door to 1 person.i am here no less than twice a month.they cant just grab your prescription and go unless its been put through fully and that usually only happens with repeat prescriptions. it takes so long because they need to check the prescription, make sure the dose is correct, make sure it's stocked and probably a few other things digitally that take time. when you're actually in the pharmacy you will see why they ignore the phone, not one staff member isn't doing something at any given time. I even asked them how i can contact them as their phone is never answered and they gave me alternative methods.they are always patient and really sweet, even when they seem visibly tired but to be honest i can't blame them, it gets ridiculous.the staff here are incredible and the constant one star reviews are from people who clearly don't understand how serious prescription medications are and why it needs to be checked so thoroughly before going out.it's busy because it's attatched to a walk in center and gp practice. most pharmacies in this area are standing alone so they don't get as many customers. peak pharmacy gets repeats on top of any new or one off prescriptions given by the gp practice and any purchases recommended by the walk in center.if you don't want to wait, order your prescription, request they put it through and pick it up the next day but if you need it that day immediately then dont disregard the workload that is put on them because you don't want to wait.

Customer facing, the staff are lovely. Sometimes a wait but that's to be expected. However, to try and speak to them on the phone is ridiculous. My partner has just been, picked up my medication less than 10 mins ago, it's quiet, yet I'm trying to call them on the phone and no one is bothering to answer. They let him leave without paying when I DO pay for medication, so I'm trying to get hold of them to see what I need to take in so I can pay, so I don't get fined because they didn't bother looking on their system.

Sorry, I have to give you 1 star as you never answer the phone, often take it off the hook for hours so that it's a busy tone.but I know it's not busy as every single time I'm at the pharmacy waiting in a queue the phone is always ignored. Other pharmacies take a while to answer.but this one is IMPOSSIBLE to reach over the phone . I understand you're busy but so is every other pharmacy

nobody answers the phone . all day trying without success . is there really just one telephone . Have been in and even then when phone rings nobody answers . was a call regarding a prescription which was important to me .

Finally was able to get my B12 through Vitajab here, no fault of the pharmacy. Excellent service and knowledge from the pharmacist who didn't leave the slightest mark on me at all. I can't even tell I've had an injection. Thank you for making it a very decent experience.Previously: Arrived today for Vitavit service booked online to be told nobody was available to do it. I'd travelled an hour for this appointment and now and now have to try toRearrange. Considering reviews about calling the place, it could be a long process. The young lady on the counter was very pleasant and professional.

Most customer facing staff are brilliant. Young brunette lady was professional and friendly and helpful. More so than the man seemingly in charge, who was actually rude for no reason - I approached in a pleasant mood today for a change!The most disappointing thing, hence the reason for my current review, is the communication system they have in place. Bit of a nightmare, especially when you're trying to juggle life (on the brink) and depending on certain meds!I received SMS that my prescription was ready today after 4pm. As I have collected prescriptions twice within the last 4 weeks, between 6pm - 7pm, not having experienced any issues, I was dissatisfied to find it closed at 6:30pm. Adding to this was the response I received from the man who was just sitting there. It's fair to say I felt a little fobbed off. I ended up only addressing the young brunette lady, who was working behind the counter. She was decent enough to come closer to the door to speak to me- without an attitude, so praise to her.However, overall, a little way to go in terms of communication with patients!

The staff seem nice enough but I have been trying to chase up an urgent prescription for days and no one answers the phone. No other way to communicate with them. If you aren't going to answer then please provide alternative contact information
