What a nightmare! Builder came from North Wales to do work on our house and was told he would be the first delivery of the day! After multiple phone calls (and promised callbacks, which never happened) and a trip to collect the stuff himself to be told it was already on the wagon (which was still sat in the yard) it FINALLY arrived after 1pm (half a days labour to just sit and wait). When it did eventually arrive half the order was missing. Phoned up and was told it would be there via courier the next morning, great, we were happy with this outcome.... Until the courier was sent to us with the wrong materials. 4 o clock rolls round on the second day of building and the materials finally arrive as the builder is loading up to go home ? All delivery drivers were apologetic and helpful and I do not fault them at all, but will not be using this building yard again.
