Well what can I say, absolutely brilliant travel agency. I have had to cancel a rerecent recently planned trip due to an emergency hospital admission. Charlotte sorted everything out for us to get a full refund and dealt with everything for us. Its been of huge help to have it all taken care of by Althams. So much easier and we are definately using them again for future holidays. Its hardly surprising they win travel awards is it. Superb service. Highly recommended ? ?

Well absolutely fantastic. I booked my holiday for August 2023 and sadly I needed to change it due to a medical condition. Abi took on board why I needed to amend the holiday etc and sorted it with jet2 all out for me. She was amazing and 2 days later I'm flying to kos. Abi went above and beyond and we can thank her enough. Very happy customer ??. Again thank you Abi x
