Appalling customer service at this Pharmacy. The sooner the Pharmacy is taken over by an alternative company the better and new management need to recognise that there is no place in the healthcare system for individuals like Julie. Current management are clearly ineffective as the substandard levels of customer service having been going on for over four years to my knowledge. Some may consider unfair to identify individuals, but the service delivery is so far short of being acceptable that shaming them may be the only way of getting it addressed. I am happy to discuss further with the Lloyds regional manager should they wish to do so.

Previously ok, now terrible. I ordered meds 2 weeks ago and left work early twice this week, only to find it closed both times. (I only chose this one as it opened after my work hours)As I'd ran out of my meds I knocked on the shutter and eventually a woman arrived. She was so belligerent and rude, and called me a liar for saying it had closed early the previous day (despite me having witnesses that I arrived at 6.05pm to find the shutters already down). I then informed her I've ran out of meds and she couldn't leave me without them. To this she shrugged her shoulders and closed the shutters again, still with me trying to talk to her.She was a larger lady with dark hair, around late 40s/early 50s.By far the least efficient pharmacy I've used, and absolutely atrocious customer service.

The pharmacy is said to be changing ownership. Shelves have very little stock. Went in to collect a prescription that the GP sent through on Monday - according to the Lloyds App. Friday today and they say they haven?t got it. Shop assistant was aggressive to the point of being rude - and was the same to 2 customers ahead of me.

Went today to pick up my blister pack which was ready to collect. Other people being told if theirs wasn't ready than they couldn't provide them as they were understaffed. Very rude woman speaking to people like shxxt.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I went in to buy emula cream which is an over the counter numbing cream, the lady on the counter refused to sell it to me when I told her what it was for (eyebrow microblading) which is what it can be used for. She said it was up to her to use discretion and in my case said she refuses to sell it! There was a customer in front of me with a similar issue. Customer Service is terrible. I went to the other store and purchased with no drama. She said it was wrong to refuse. Avoid if you don't want this drama!!

Terrible service, it's really gone down hill recently. Prescriptions are NEVER ready even though they've had days to do them. I'm guessing they've got some else in charge or changed the computer system. They don't like it when you politely tell them you're not happy with the service.

Has seriously gone down hill possibly since the introduction of the new computer system, advance ordered prescriptions are now routinely only made up when you visit which makes advance ordering pointless. Long delays and I'm sorry to say but they are completely unapologetic and unsympathetic. I do wonder if Lloyds are deliberately running it down to make people switch to the home delivery service.

it was good until they brought in new system since then prescription not made up,causing people to wait long periods also causing staff to search for prescription for second or third time causing them more work and delay.
