You've got a member of staff exasperatedly shouting at people in self checkout to not pack in the scanning area... meanwhile her colleague is collecting baskets the second they're empty meaning no one can actually do so. So stupid, please encourage the staff to look and pay attention, I'm disabled and I'll take as long as I need if I have no means of moving the stuff cos I expected to have a basket. It might seem like a small thing but I rushed from the embarrassment of that comment being aimed at me, and was in pain as a result. I wish Id spoken up at the time but it's hardly an appealing thing to do during an already unpleasant trip.

Always a queue but it's quicker than you expect. They have the best self service scanners and the staff are friendly.
