I got 1st class customer service when I bought a dress in the Arndale Store today - from both the sales assistant Amena and the store manager Connor. I was super impressed with the friendliness & helpfulness and Amena even went the extra mile by getting the Selfridges concession to send over a dress I wanted which they weren't stocking in the Arndale store, not to mention the 10% discount I was offered by signing up to the mailing. Well done guys, I can't wait to wear my purchase :) x

I went into AllSaints this morning with the intention of looking for a real leather jacket. The wonderful gentleman at the front, Idris, showed me the plethora of real leather jackets they sell and told me I can get 10% off with the newsletter. Idris even explained how to care for leather and to not go oversized (because it will stretch overtime).I trusted their advice and purchased a size 10 jacket (I?m usually 6-8).Idris has wonderful customer service skills and he?s very friendly. Connor who served me at the till was also friendly and even neatly folded my jacket (which I could never do).I?m in love with this jacket and I cannot wait to wear it for the next couple of decades. I just need a motorbike to complete the ultimate look. Haha.Thank you to Idris and Connor. I hope I can come back in the future.

Came here to buy a lot of things for holiday, ended up buying 8 items (which added up to a substantial amount in total). Was told we could sign up to the newsletter and get 10% so did that but all items had to be re-put through the till. Got home and realised we'd been charged full price on two sale items and had to come back the next day to get a refund (at my own cost for fuel and ridiculously expensive arndale parking). The staff made no effort to try and make up for the inconvenience and only said 'sorry but it was a genuine mistake' in a sensitive unhelpful way. That makes up for a 90 minute round trip and wasting half a day of my weekend!! Very very unhappy - not good service at all

Today, 26 March, I witnessed an incident whereby the staff at the All Saints shop in the Arndale shopping centre were mocking a member of the public. The staff were openly pointing fingers and laughing at the person who was going into the shop.I have been a loyal customer of the All Saints brand for many years, however after witnessing this disrespectful scene by the shop staff today, I will not shop there again.This is 2023, this sort of behaviour is not acceptable.

Popped in to store just looking around the scouser who works there was full of jokes. Proper good banter even sorted me out finding everything I wanted all in the one trip. Everything even being delivered to my house as i wasn?t even looking to buy anything when i walked in. One of the better stores i have been to around the country

Brilliant service from warm and lovely staff. I ordered a dress online - not only was there discount but it arrived less than 24 hours later free of charge. Big up to the fab Mannie massive in the lovely All Saints shop.

Went into the store and felt harassed and uncomfortable by the staff who followed us around and were being rude. Disgusting the way the staff just look at you and make you feel like like your being watched on every moment. Disappointed and felt like your a target just because of the way you look , felt like the staff were being very judgemental and when being asked if there was a problem looking at you up and down. Clearly staff in this store need to be given training on customer service skills rather than making innocent and genuine customer who want to shop unhappy . Sad world we live in can't even go into a shop without feeling anxious.

I don't usually take the time to write these but my boyfriend took me for a weekend away in Manchester and we went into All Saints to browse (we don't have a store in the sticks).The staff were brilliant. Sometimes you go into posh shops and feel stupid like you shouldn't be in the shop coz you are poor, this isn't how they made us feel.They were chatting to us and gave me advice of what dress would look good (I'm not a stick insect) on me and what to accessories with.I ended up spending my hard earned cash (not complaining btw) and getting a brand new look which all my friends have commented on.I wanted to say a massive thank you to Amy, I had such a good experience with you helping me and will defo be coming back.If I could give you more stars I would...????????????

Me and my son had the best service yesterday. Every member of staff was great, and went above expectations to help us out. Always very friendly, and approachable. Every time we go in we always get the same great service. Well done guys!!
