Nearly missed our flight out to Mallorca because althams gave us wrong information. On top of that they lied to us about the Room being kept on for the last day. We weren't being picked up until 6 pm but hotel kicked us out of room at 11am. This is not the first time althams have lied about such things. I won't be using them again. Barfaced lies
