Had a quick shopping done 26/2/24 morning 10:30,the sales guy was acting terrible,impolitely. Really bad experience.A tall guy with a black apple top on :/not coming back to this apple shop again

Attended today (23/02/2024) and was seen on the day by a technician called Lee, who I found exceptionally attentive, kind and really helpful. Nothing was too much for him and he sorted my AirPods out without any issues. Thank you so much. Now that was customer service skills at its finest.

Had a terrible experience at the Apple Store in Manchester's Arndale today. Trading in an iPhone and was told that it would transfer to the new one within 10-15 minutes. Over an hour later, I was still there and had to go home and transfer it myself at home. I was passed between assistants three times - all going off on their break or whatever - each one trying the same thing over and over, until eventually, someone with some level of expertise located the problem. But this meant I had to go home and do it myself at home. And will have to return tomorrow to do the trade-in. More of my time and money and wasted because, frankly, the people who work there were not expert enough to troubleshoot. I thought it was poor being passed from one assistant to the other.

I bought a new phone 13/11/23 and the customer service was incredible. I didn?t get the sales person?s name but he said he was a wedding photographer in his spare time. He was so helpful and knowledgeable!

When you spend close to a thousand pounds on a mobile phone you'd expect a little better customer service. Went in with a brand new iPhone 14 i'd bought off EE that was not starting/ setting up properly, given Apple actually manufactures the phones, you'd think they'd help anyone with one of their phones, but no, when i asked a member of staff, she simply said "Well you might have to send it back to EE" with no ATTEMPT to try and help me out. After taking to Reddit for help, the fix was so simple it would've taken an Apple employee 30 seconds to describe, they would've definitely seen a similar problem before but simply because i bought the iPhone through a 3rd party i was treated as if i went in asking for help with a Samsung phone.

Came in for an appointment with Diggy and he was just super understanding and kind. He didn't try to force any unnecessarily expensive sales on me and gave some great advice

I came into the shop today to buy myself a new phone. While standing by the phone section Amy came up to me and offered to help me and made the whole experience so straightforward and enjoyable, she was really outgoing and attentive and she is what i believe everyone should be greeted with while entering the store. Overall amazing experience and customer service!!

As a future university student, my partner and I went in to see the options she has to do her uni work. Maxwell was amazing, he explained and compared so many Macbook, iPad, and accessories so she could make an informed decision on the products that best fit her needs. He also sent her directly an itemzed and personalised summary of the products she preferred and liked the best in case she later decided to purchase. In a world in which companies always want to sell you the latest/ most expensive model, Maxwell actually took his time to created a tailored assortment of products, and also had the best conversations! 20 minutes that seemed like 5.

Had an issue with my iPhone charging dock. Brendan from the service team was extremely welcoming, helpful and even helped me sort the dock cleaning that resulted in resolving the issue. Brendan went one step further and explained all the services offered at Arndale store. Great experience :)

Brilliant experience at Manchester Arndale Apple Store today. Lottie and Harley were absolutely incredible - so friendly, personable, and helpful in setting up my friend?s new iPhone and securing a screen protector. Brilliant service.
