I have visited this store three times in the last month and their customer service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and no waiting about. Everyone that has looked after has been more than helpful. Well done to all the team there.

The Good: Nice staff, keen prices, clean store
The Not So Good: Spend twenty minutes flicking through huge catalogue choosing a gift then checking availability and finding it out of stock. Repeat. They should let you have the item free as a prize if you can guess which of their items they actually have.

Don't give your real phone number. They call at 7am or even before. Not fair to wake elderly people up that early in the freezing cold. Especially when we have a family member in hospital. Apparently they don't start calling before 7am but my Mum said it was 6.50am ish. They gave a pathetic compensation of £5 store credit - so if they call you that early; you can get that too, or 10% of your order. Worth knowing if you buy an expensive item.

Three orders I collect this last week and two of which they have messed up, managed to get a refund voucher for 1 but they are not helpful at all with sorting out the other issue of which they charged me on my love to shop voucher and told me it wasn't working and ended up paying on my card. I have been in today to show them the transaction has come off my voucher card as well as me paying for it!! And they won't give me my refund of £56! The manager just didn't want to help told me it was love to shop but it was due to their systems playing up that day I will not be using this branch again and will advise anyone else to check your orders or use another branch!!
