Horrendous. Always out of stock. This time I've been asking for Andrew salts since before Christmas. Yesterday 4/1/24 when I was told yet again that there was none. I said to the lady that it's been out of stock since before Christmas. She rudely starred at me and in a condescending tone and said \\\"Yes, it has, hasn't it\\\". VERY rude horrendous customer service. But its nothing new here. Just look at other reviews!

worst pharmacy in the UK, slow and poorly organised. waited 1 hour sat infront of the staff for my prescription, was told it'd be 10 minutes only to be approached and told 'oh we had it on the side for you, you should have come up and complained' ??? I couldn't have been more visible to them

Isn't even worth the 1 star rating ..absolutely horrendous..I have made a complaint in store which I still haven't been contacted over.the staff are rude and really slllllloooooww?ww they have bad attitudes and shouldn't be front of house ..To top it off I have had to take my mum to our docs to discuss her medication, but no wonder when they give out wrong medication with someone else's prescription. Yes I have proof and so does our doctor now who was far from impressed..Massive complaints going in its pure negligence

Absolute shambles, prescriptions are never ready , I was told to come back in an hour, I went back an hour and a half later and was told its still wasn't ready. USELESS .and there's no need to reply telling me how terribly.sorry you.are

Can?t be bothered to write the reason why. The staff are poorly trained and always make (potentially dangerous) mistakes.

I've found most of the staff to be lovely, apart from 1 called Julian, who had only met me twice and gave me hassle. I made a comment to another customer about it being slow only to be given alot of bad attitude and shouted at. I did ask why he's shouting at me when I wasn't saying anything until I snapped and went mad back at him. Anyway he's getting investigated now by my support worker and her team and also I've also been advised to make a complaint make a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council about him. Apparently he's known for his short temper. Even the security guard I spoke with told me he shouldn't have the job. Hopefully he'll be getting the sack very soon. Even though I told I just had my dad's funeral he continued which made me loose my temper. I never had trouble with the other staff, they've been a delight so I do hope good things for the rest of them. I do hope that horrible, spitefulvery unpleasant unprofessional "man" looses his job and the ability to continue to dispense pharmaceuticals once the General pharmaceutical Council and my support workers have investigated him.

Avoid if you can, overcrowded= long queues. Awful customer service (they would encourage you to get your medication from somewhere else if they can). Never with a full list of items required.

They never answer their phones especially after 5pm even though the pharmacy is open till 11pm.

Absolute diabolical pharmacy my GP sent my prescription EPS on 22/12/21 due to ill health I could not collect until New Years Eve the queue was curling round to the bakery so I left and returned a week later queued for thirty minutes (as always) the staff huddled round the computer screen in the back as the queue increased when I got my turn it was the usual *when was it sent? what is it for? and again all the staff at the screen for ten minutes to be told we can't get it ! I have never been to that pharmacy and got my prescription always told come back in 1, 2, 3 hours. I don't live in the area but thought it would be convenient on my way home from work. I now have a fantastic service from my new pharmacy Boots, it is a such a shame as this Asda is fantastic in every other department. (shame you have to give a star to leave a review)

Paid for my prescription, she had the medicine in the basket and all she had to do was pass it to me and told me to come back after 40mins. Why? because there is a que and it not fair to pass me Medicine. When I told her how rediculous this sounded as all she had to do is just pass the medicine in her hand, I have already stood in que to get to you, she lied and said it needs to be checked by pharmacist. It was regular antibiotics prescribed by doctor prescription. She had smirk on her face and when I asked will it def be 40 mins she asked colleague and they both shrugged saying min 40 mins. The attitude and disregard for any customer service is shocking for massive store like this totally unacceptable behavior, they enjoyed being difficult and lieing to me with smirk on their face when one is trying to get medicine for loved one. I put in complaint with customer service and they were totally different. They showed they cared and the man who I spoke to agreed it sounds rediculous. Do not use this pharmacy. They need to get staff who actually can be bothered. Someone named Julian is pharmacy manager, with the reviews already on surely he will be concerned and look to improve. I cannot stop typing I am so furious. Avoid guys. Go somewhere where they actually care.

Very rude staff. Rude behaviour of pharmacist bad experience ever at Asda pharmacy. (Doesn?t look like I visit to pharmacy but looks like I m hearing lecture coz the prescription leaflet got damage and scan machine was not getting it)

The staff here are very rude. They will see just one person waiting for 5 minutes or so and they'll be just talking to themselves not attending to customers. Awful service
