Never has toppings for pizzas in the cafe which is so annoying. Everytime you go same story same excuses they simply can't be bothered. Becareful if you get Kristy Kreme donuts as well we picked a pack up and it has flies in the pack...

On Friday (22nd Dec) myself & my mum were in Asda and we were at the tills waiting to pack when suddenly my mum collapsed and I immediately went to pick her up and she said she was fine but within a few seconds she collapsed again....I was hysterical but you're wonderful staff completely took over the situation and made sure we were BOTH ok...Some lovely customers even offered to take us to the hospital so I would like to thank them all so much. ...Most of all please I would I would like to say a big 'thank you' to everyone of your team that treated us with the upmost respect & care...You're all my heroes & thankfully my mum's doing fine ,we believe that ,she just got too hot....Told her drinking hot toddys b4 shopping isn't good for you??....(Only joking, she was sober)...Thank you once again and think you all deserve a pay rise?...xxxx

Went into the cafe this morning, and the place looks tired and dirty. The chairs near the window had holes in them.The floor was dirty and full of marks.The milk was left open with no lid on it.The toast was like warm bread.The tea tasted like dishwater.I won't be going back anytime soon.

Just becasue I have used gift card for payment. And due to the fault error of your machine. I was rudely treated by your staff. I was told "grab you stuff and go now"I spent £11.86 today and trying to use first gift card with balance 42p. It was declined. Then I use my second gift card with £50 balance. And needed supervisor approval.But then I checked the receipt, they deducted money from both gift card, but due to the machine is a 'card only' machine. It was supposed to give me change of 42p.But the card only machine did not have change for me. The first staff just told me to grab my stuff and go.Then I went to the customer service, she blamed it is my fault for using a 'card only' machine with gift card. And refused to help for the refund.I explained I didnt use any cash, it's the machine fault not accepting my first gift card. Both staff were very rude to me and blaming it is my fault for the machine not accepting my card!I waited for another staff, when she came and listened to my situation. She immediately refund 42p to me without asking.WARNING :If your machine get such serious fault, (cant accpet gift card which less than the payment amount) you should not accept gift card in 'card only' machine.Train you staff to be more polite if thats YOUR machine problem.Stop gift card payment if your company do not like gift card customer.Just lucky I have noticed and its only 42p.If it is a large amount and I just didn't realise, I must have lost a lot of money due to your machine fault.!!!

There is no ZERO star otherwise I would have given that.First time bad experience I hope it is last time.Very poor customer serviceI had a problem with payment and instead of solving the issue, the supervisor at swinton asda was very rude, the demeaning behaviour was not called for.After shopping, the total amount was 56.13GBP, I paid with a gift card which had 54.14GBP but it got declined (usually it takes whatever balance is there in the gift card and then remaining can be paid with other method), so I paid with another gift card which had 200GBP and it completed the transaction deducting 56.13GBP and remaining balance on card was 143.87GBP. But, it has also deducted the 54.14GBP from my 1st card even though it said declined.The same issue has happened to me before and the refund was given, as it was a scan and go counter, they have to give refund from other customer service counter.As soon as the 1st card was declined, I paid with 2nd gift card and it asked for supervisor approval, the staff came and approved it and when I received the receipt I saw the double deduction and I highlighted this to the staff immediately.I straight away went to the returns and customer service counter and explained this to the staff present, then she explained the same to the supervisor (who had helped me in the past for refund with same matter)This time the supervisor was very sarcastic and rude, and she started the conversation with ''WHY THIS KEEP HAPPENING TO YOU'', I took it as a joke and smiled and said '' I don't know''But later I realised this was not a joke and she kept saying in a loud voice WHY IT IS HAPPENING TO YOU AGAIN and AGAIN, implying that I am some scammer trying to find a way to take money from ASDA.She was rude through out the conversation and kept referring to last incidence that her kept went down because of me. Well! This is none of my business to know your Till went down, supervisor shouldn't be telling me this. Instead of apologising or talking to me properly she kept the rude behaviour and spoke to me in a very demeaning way, I would say she showed ZERO customer service etiquette.I told her to scan my gift cards and see that till has deducted my money twice, which she checked and found out that I am correct. Still not ready to help and gave me the number for ASDA house which doesn't pick calls from customers.She kept saying to me, why you used 2 card, you should use the card which has more money, WHO IS SHE TO TELL A CUSTOMER WHICH CARD THEY USE TO PAY ?????She kept saying this multiple times in a very rude way.I am a regular ASDA shopper and I shop every week and spend at least 50-100GBP every week and sometimes even more. So, I shouldn't be treated in away I was , no customer deserves this!My receipt clearly shows deduction twice from my 2 gift cards, which she saw but refused to help or refund.I am very disappointed with this experience.

Nipped in to see a man about a dog and to my relief beautifully clean toilets. Bravo to the lady on cleaning duty. Pleasure to use and would do so again.In other news the cafe is bright spacious and reasonably clean and tidy also. Worth a visit if you're ever in town

The jam donuts used to be nice now they have changed the jam recipe they sell a good variety of everything even krispy kreme.

We had an amazing experience. We went to the cafe with 5 kids. All 5 were unsure of what to have , changing minds and being naughty. The ladies on the service were so kind and patient. We absolutely loved the dinners and we are definitely coming back soon. Oh I forgot to mention that they served us all and they reminded us the ice-cream that we kept forgetting. We are amazed. Thank you for the possibilities experience ?

Absolute shocking excuse of a store. I visited the store obviously for some shopping but nipped to the toilet beforehand, the cleaner or so to speak had her trolley right outside the female toilets and she was messing in the cupboard on the left side. There was a huge puddle of water outside with NO sign on it causing me to slip and fall. I reported it to the manager who was adamant there was a sign but clearly wasn?t as if there was I wouldn?t of been able to get through as it was blocked by the trolley and the girl in the cupboard, also if there was a sign I wouldn?t of stepped in the puddle, will never be back to this poor excuse of a store!
