Woman at the door was very rude and clueless, I got told wrong information and then went back and the counters was closed earlier than advertised. She couldn't comprehend what I was trying to achieve. Judging off other people's reviews it is quite common at this branch...

I cannot comment on the people who work here but doesn't Barclays Bank invest in fossil fuels extraction, fuelling the climate crisis? I care too much about my grandchildren's future to pay any money into Barclsys Banks. I can't give this bank any more than 1 star.

I went here to put money in my mums account. Even though I had her account number and sort code was told I couldnâ??t do it without her bang card. I ended up going to another bank much further away which done it no problem. The member of staff at the just seamed stuck up and unhelpful. Maybe it would be a good idea to send some of them to market st Manchester branch to see what customer survice looks like.
