There is actually no customer service whatsoever, the cashier's just stand gossiping in a group every time I go there and don't even acknowledge you. The one who served me tonight examined my passport like it was fake, shoved my items down the conveyor belt almost smashing the vodka and didn't even thank me or nothing.Also the amount of things I've had to return because it's been used and broken or parts are missing then put back on the shelf is ridiculous. Always check the box because the seals don't guarantee the product is brand new. I give 2 stars because the only good thing is it's open late.

Tills have no functional conyeyor belts, and door alarms constantly going off randomly. Apart from that the staff are very helpful and pleasant.

B&M, what's more to say ? Go in thinking I'm only spending X amount and always end up spending Y . Can't ignore a bargain , we are on soup for the next 3 years , lol
