Could not recommend Amanda enough for contact lenses. I was wearing some given to me by a previous store that were really uncomfortable. Amanda suggested an alternative which was more suited to my needs which we trialled and they?re streets ahead. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, efficient, but also very personable and welcoming. Great experience overall :)

From start to finish, all the Boots Opticians in Manchester Market Street were polite and helpful. I felt well looked after. In all the different tests there was hardly any waiting time. I found the Optician Mariyah very patient and didn?t feel any pressure, very personable.. I had an eye test back in June 2023 in the Trafford Boots optician and the experience there was a complete opposite, I didn?t feel the optician in the Trafford Boots did the test properly, felt like she couldn?t be bothered that is the reason I decided to get the test done again and wanted to get new glasses with the correct prescription. Mariyah compared the prescription with the Trafford one and there was a discrepancy in the prescription she said my eyesight is better than that of the one done in June, so I felt that my concerns were correct ? I will avoid the Boots Opticians Trafford Centre.

amazing service! i needed my nose pad fixing on my glasses and i didn?t buy my glasses from boots but he still fixed them within five minutes for free. got asked to leave my glasses for two hours with vision express which is why i went there. 5 star service !

I saw three people. The first young lady did a lot of detail stuff about myself. Family history. The second young lady, is an Optometrist. I had the option of having a more detailed, series of optical photos, of the the rear, internal, aspects. which the young lady guided me through, explaining what the photos' illustrated, and, empirically, what the actual effects may be, of one issue, in great detail. That young lady, is a very clear communicator, and conveyed to me exactly what those photos and optical examinations, suggested, Implied, in empirical terms. Her Professionalism, her grasp, of me using everyday, non-technical terminology, to clarify my responses on the questions, of which lenses were sharper, or had greater contrast, to help determine the optimal settings, for my new glasses. Which created an outcome, of great reassurance, for me. The third lady was very professional, and gave me feedback about the frames, aesthetically, and remarked on the fact of my only remaining pair, from two years ago, being scratched. Also, that you have a deal for getting the same optical prescription, up until the end of January, at half price! A great experience. The staff I met, were superb. The queue, was not as long as two years ago, and it was a very reassuring, unrushed, in-depth, analysis, of my visual situation. It could not have been better.

I was late for my appointment but was still seen. The assistant manager was very friendly and helpful. All the staff i saw were very professional and thorough. The lady who helped me choose my glasses was very helpful and nice. All round very happy with service.
