Simple perfection. Pan-seared scallops and pancetta had a slight mishap with unevenly distributed seasoning but stunning delivery on every dish for the table of 4. We had a delicious breakfast in Brownes. We had Eggs Benedict and a mini Fry, both fantastic! The coffee was very milky and could have been better.The building is beautiful and the women’s toilets are full of history was they were the vaults to the old bank.

Disappointing breakfast. Ordered scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. The biggest grievance was that the egg was more like a fried omelette texture and burnt / dry.
