Bought a polo and within 2 months it?s ruined, material has pulls and plucks and has ?lines? from washing machine, not what I expect from a £450 polo shirt, yet nothing can be done apparently. Felt as if they didn?t believe me when I said it?s damaged from washing and followed washing instructions. Unsure what else to do, £450 down the drain.

One of the best things about shopping at world class fashion houses was the customer service, which you don't get anymore, but I'm glad Georgia is still continuing to make sure the standards are high. Thanks Georgia.

Great place to shop the latest collection. Shout out to Vlad for helping me feel at ease as I left my shopping bags and browsed the store. He was really helpful when I asked to try on different size sweatshirts.

Went in to buy the new season backpack, as I fell in love with it the moment I saw it drop. When I went in store to enquire the woman who was 'helping' me was rude. Kept on reminding me of the price over and over, as if to say I was someone who couldn't afford it. Why would I go in store, and ask specifically for an item to BUY, if I wasn't going to be able to afford it? She then proceeded to tell me to "wait whilst I serve this other customer". Blunt, judgemental and rude. I pulled out £3,000 in cash and said I'm going to go to a store that actually appreciates my custom (to get my own back). Only then, the 'sir' and enthusiasm came to life. I left the store and headed over to LV directly adjacent who were lovely. Won't be coming back, nor will I be wearing Burberry again.

Where can I start. As I stepped into the store we were asked 'are you lost' as if we didnt belong there. While browsing the store we were followed by a series of employees, signalling to each other of our presence, as if we were aliens. As a matter of fact, I went into the shop solely for the purpose of buying a trench coat from them, but due to the appalling customer judgement and racial profiling, I left feeling worse then when I entered the shop.It's hard to think that in this day and age racial discrimination still exists. I hope that they can sleep well at night knowing they made my day a living nightmare. NEVER SHOP HERE
