I ordered amaretto latte which should goes with mini almond biscuits, they gave me a cup of ice latte and said they are running out of biscuits. Why did they still sell it and charge the customer higher price which they were not able to offer?!

The toilets were disgusting. The soap dispenser is broken, staff at the counter know about it, but it has not been fixed.

Went in to grab a coffee and use the facilities coffee was the deluxe mocha it was subpar the coffee tasted bitter and had bits so I suspect the machine is not cleaned right and as you can see from the pictures they don't seem to ever clean the loos the mens was out of order so your directed to the disabled and I was met with no lop roll, flies, feces, mold and thick layers of dust the barrister behind the bar had his nose turned up the entire time as if he was too good to work there I suspect he and his co-workers think they are above basic cleaning I shall be passing this on the the relevant health and safety people as well but my advise use any of the other cafe nero in Manchester or just avoid the Company as a whole in the city.

Caffè Nero on Oxford Street is in a good location, it is a short walk away from both Manchester Oxford Road Station, and St Peter's Square. The interior is fairly large, with a small number of tables downstairs, but extra seating inside, there are a couple of tables which are suitable for larger groups of 4, which is rare to find in a coffee shop. There are also a few tables for one to sit outside, but it isn't the most pleasant of environments, being located on a main road in a city. While some of the chairs were showing signs of wear and tear, it was reasonably comfortable and a suitable environment to relax and work, the opening hours aren't too bad either as the store shuts at 8 pm between Monday and Saturday, which is the average compared to rivals and other Nero locations nearby.I ordered my go-to Nero drink, an iced pistachio latte, my drink was made quite well and I enjoyed it, I would comment that I do find the iced drinks to be a little too small at Nero, even when bringing my own reusable cup, but I do appreciate the benefit of getting an extra stamp on my loyalty card for bringing a reusable cup, as it brings you a step closer to getting that free drink. The barista who took my order seemed friendly, but there was a slight issue processing my voucher on the till, he was fully apologetic for this which I appreciated as it wasn't his fault, but they do need to update their systems overall as it took an insane amount of time just to process a voucher and it slows everything down.4* - Probably one of my favourite Caffè Nero's in the city centre with good beverage quality and service standards.
