Went in and said I wanted to buy a new phone. Waited around 15minutes. Had obviously been forgotten about. Someone else asked if they could help, to which they basically said the phone wasnâ??t in stock but I could look online. Didnâ??t have a discussion or ask about other phones etc. No customer service here.

Just a quick heads up if u try to call in, be prepared to wait on the line for hours. Now I tried calling the store with the telephone number provide but no ones picks up what a service ð??¦ð??¦ now a stir like that should have more staff around as it would makes things easier for people who are trying to call in. Bearing in mind I called in yesterday Nd the day after and after waiting for countless hours I was told due to high amount of calls they canâ??t accept my call how pathetic!!

To clarify this is for the big corner store on Arndale's first floor. Being very generous with this rating. Just asked for assistance on 4g on a new phone but with an carphone Wearhouse provider and the employee told me I would get charged 9.90£ for a 2 minute job! And I said oh no thanks and before I even finished my sentence he hopped off! How rude is that?? Not even rush hour, just went to chit chat with colleagues! I went and told him that's not a way to behave to a customer, to just hop away before I barely finish a sentence! I managed to fix my phone by myself following a 3 step Google search for like 2,5 minutes... Unacceptable behaviour and service!
