Very satisfied with last weekâ??s visit. I found myself caught without a phone so paid a visit after work one evening; following a short discussion with Matt, I left with a new model and a much better deal than expected. Matt was friendly and helpful, and clearly knew his stuff. Excellent service - would recommend to anyone.

I'm giving 3 stars due to customer service by phone after the fact.
A long term customer of Manchester Market Street branch. One stop shop with good customer service and transparent policy? Erm no! Turns out I'd been paying £7:99 per month for 16 months for a phone I'd replaced at the same shop. I go in to make a claim only to be told "that's for a different phone, not this one" and "no" to a refund or token gesture (I'd of taken either). Left the store fuming.!!
Phone customer service listened to what I was saying and understood the breakdown in communication. TADA.... Full refund..! Thank yoooouuu CPW

Stated that I'd buy a phone if it would be with me the next day. My money was taken and i waited in the next day but it didn't arrive. I then started chasing using the customer helpline who said it would be with me the next day. The next day it didn't come again so i phoned them back and they said it would be with me around a week later.
There was a lot of backwarding and forwarding, phone calls etc throughout the next few days.
The store i bought it from didn't once pick up their phone over the entire time despite ringing at various times. My wife had to go in on my behalf three times and buy the same phone so i had something to use for work which then had to be taken back and refunded. We ended up wasting a lot of time, effort and money for their mistakes and no real help to get it sorted out for us.
Definitely avoid.

The customer service here is very poor. Walked into the shop and didn't receive any warm welcome. In fact, the workers were all chatting with colleagues. It wasn't even rush hour, I went in the morning and there wasn't even any customers but they didn't even give me a glance when I want to the store. I asked a Chinese staff to get my phone fixed since the website states that there's a walk in repair service but she treated me coldly. No smiles at all, talked in a rude and clipped way. She wasn't helpful and all she wanted was cut the conversation short. I'll say this again, the customer service here is extremely bad. It's better to go to other shops instead. I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated. They should educate the staff proper customer service etiquette or just fire her if she's not going to do the job properly
