Shopped here loads.. decided to try their exchange option.. they refused to buy games I'd get 1p.... ONE PENCE for because they had tiny scratches on the disc ? ? ( games are over 20 years old.. yet I've bought countless games and films that have had tons of scratches from CEX stores. They refused to take a game because of scratches that I bought from the lincoln store TWO WEEKS prior.I'm sure I'll lose a lot of sleep over 3p. CEX is one dodgy business, they'll even knock you down for the slightest sign of usage, but will charge the buyer full wack. They have disc cleaning machines that will easily get minor marks out.Safe to say, you've lost a customer. Wouldn't recommend these cow boys one bit.Reply to reply.What alot of rot you spout.. get off the script. CEX are dodgy end of. Perhaps your bosses want to go visit a franchise and see the state of some of the stuff they have for sale. Musicmagpie far better service.

Incredibly picky place,I took a phone in and a laptop that had already been checked over by another cex(I wasn't quite ready to sell)and they said both were too poor to sell for various reasons so I went back to the original cex I went to and they gave me good money for them, unless you are ready for disappointment avoid this one!!Reply to owner,what's the point in doing that,it's done now and I won't be doing business with your shop again so no I won't be contacting you and giving you all the details!!!

A great way to keep tech and media out of landfill and enable reuse. Staff here are thoroughly professional. On this visit I was taking in a phone that had ceased to work properly, a few months after buying it. After giving the phone a thorough technical inspection, the two year warranty was honoured with no quibbling. And that gives me the confidence to continue to use CeX when I'm buying secondhand tech

I went into the shop today and we wanted our PlayStation fixed but they said they can?t fix it.They returned the money and we brought the extra controller to see if that was the problem and they didn?t give the money back of the extra controller.We didn?t understand why.If the console isn?t working what is the point of the controller.We kept saying to give us the money but they refused. Unturelly disappointed . I would have given this 0 star but I can?t so I giving it one.
