“The body shop is my favorite. They have lot of options in Body Lotion, Butter lotion, Shower Gel, Shampoo and perfumes. You always go and you will have something new to try. Shea butter is my favorite and they have products for different type of skins. I find very good products for dry or super dry skin and it actually works very well. :)Also they offer cheaper rates if you take a reusable bottle and refill and repeat !Staff is very helpful here. They always help you and tell you about products and any offers they have. They also have membership card free of cost which you can take from the billing counter and you can start saving. They also give you birthday voucher :)Highly recommend to give it a try !!”

“I rang on a Sunday morning to enquire whether something I ordered online had arrived. I hadn't realised they don't open till 11:00 AM on Sundays and it was only 9:30 AM. The phone was answered by a young woman (Yes, I am only guessing because she sounded young). Despite being out of hours, she was incredibly helpful. She was polite, cheerful and happily checked my order. I was very impressed indeed. All stores need staff like this.”
