I have been with Coutts for over 10 years. Ever since Covid the waiting times have got longer and longer. Staff on the lines give a different excuse each time. When managers call me back to explain I get more contradictory stories and excuses. Called twice today well over 10 mins wait each time. The mobile App role out is a disgrace , I still cant login and now no one answers the phone for ages. I have listened to numerous excuses and given them time to rectify problems, but its now been over 2 years. Their service is appalling for a private bank that charges extortionate yearly fees. Completely unacceptable.
