Why don’t you update your website we travelled to the Trafford centre which on the web it said it was open now but in fact the store had been closed for several months.

Got there at 8:40pm when they close at 9pm and shutters were already fully closed with no staff in sight. Wanted one thing, I knew they had it in stock. Fix up

Rude staff! Price match guarantee is false! They don’t price match if it’s on sale or clearance anywhere even though it says nothing of this in the t&cs it’s managers discretion which explains why the staff member kept repeating “ I don’t even get it at that price’ ‘hmm no I can’t do that low’ and laughing... read full comment
We're open where we can be. Order online and even talk tech with an expert colleague using our new SHOPLIVE video chat. You can also order online and pick up from a store. Just choose the order and collect option when you check out on our website. You don’t even need to leave the safety of your car. We’ll just pop everything into your boot. If you don’t have a car you can select the walk up option instead. Don’t forget to wrap up warm just in case you need to queue, as we’re pretty busy right now. Please come alone where possible to aid social distancing in store and reduce queuing times.
