Flowers are lovely but the blonde lady inside is unbelievably rude. Not only to me but I have heard of 3 other people who have had bad experiences with her. Won’t be buying flowers from here again.

What excellent service from this fantastic company. I tried to send flowers to Manchester from Perth, Australia and due to an error from another company my delivery was sent to the wrong address and not received.
