I visited your Oldham store today between 3 pm and 4 pm as I walked in the store a staff member was arguing with this delivery driver as he took the parcel to the wrong address.as I was looking for scratch art books for my advanced operation booked I heard the manager Yelling at the at him she was really speaking loud to him I just couldn?t concentrate on what I was getting really frustrated with this women?s voice I suffer from psychics episodes I felt like this women?s voice trigging me of I just couldn?t concentrate and the she started yelling at delivery driver saying get out get out to him the delivery driver seemed really out of breath by lifting the heavy item ( delivery driver said to the staff you need to sort your attitude out) that?s when them women?s voice became very aggressive and yelled at him say you are rude not me? this is we?re I got involved by saying to the staff very respectfully I?m sorry love frankly speaking i can only hear you shouting and not him the women started on me and said you get out aswell so I requested to speak to her manager and she yelled back as she came to my face and said I AM THE MANGER so I debated and said well can I have your mangers name and email as I wish to make a complaint she shouted NO.. this is when I took my mobile out and started recording her she became very silent and refused to talk and called the security I was recording her while she found it really funny!!! I am disgusted with the situation I witnessed and will be sharing on social media name and shame her if I don?t get justice I am a regular customer in your stores as I am addicted to scratch art books.I feel she is misusing her status I caught her on camra laughing when it?s her job to calm situations like this but she was really trying to push my buttons I shall be waiting to hear from you and also need to know what will happen to make theses situation safe!
