Waited for around 20 minutes to be seen only to then be met by obnoxious, unhelpful staff. Wouldn't listen to my query, instead insisting I was wrong dispite their own literature clearly indicating I was right.I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Phoned to ask about having a phone repaired. Nobody answers, just an answer machine that takes you around in circles then hangs up on you.

Really, really poor service here. Ordered a device and was told it might arrive the next day, but to wait for a text. No text came, and I went back to the store four days later. I was told they didn?t know what happened and couldn?t check and to call customer service. I called customer service who said the store should have checked, but they found the device via DPD - it had indeed arrived the next day, but the store didn?t tell me, and had it when they told me to call customer service ?It gets worse - I went back to the store, who then actually looked for it and found it, only to tell me I needed ID to get it and they couldn?t let me that day.Absolute joke and a massive waste of time. Enough to make me want to leave EE. I?d give them zero stars if I could.

Yesterday we were looked after by Mo, His service was very polite helpful and made for us as New Zealanders so easy to sort our phones out for our trip around the uk. I would totally recommend if your coming into the uk to visit Mo and team at EE as the coverage around the UK is more wide spread than other providers and their service is outstanding. Thank you MO for your patience we enjoyed our visit with you yesterday very much.
