I have approched several ee stores in Manchester..they all very rude and give us kinda attitude but few minutes before I visited this ee store in denton and le me tell the staff were all amazing and was very friendly..Benjamin and aryan were really good to us and felt like so comfortable..such a positive people and management..thankyou so much..

Went in after receiving a call to go in for my upgrade but the staff member couldn't help me with this and after a 20 minute drive to get there,by their request,I wasn't happy at all with the service.Called EE directly & the chap was super helpful!!!

Been to this store now 3 times to get content lock taken of told i need id im 57 yrs old ffs went bk in then told i need to register it with customer service they cant do it in shop but if i buy a phone they can. Just waited 2 ours of my time cause customer services said i can do in store

Slow repair (took over a week for phone to be shipped from the repair centre in Bolton back to the store in Denton). Apparenty the store has no ability to contact the repair centre - as explained by a very rude employee who refused to give his name and hung up when called for an update. Promised call back from manager which never materialised.

I went to this store today to get a phone health checkup, as part of my contract I get it free, I walked into the store and was greated by a very smart young man called Ben, I told him about my appointment I had booked and we sat down, he checked my full phone and then asked how long ago I bought it, this is the part I was expecting a sales pitch to upgrade to a new phone, but I was so wrong, he complemented me on how healthy my phone and battery was for over 2 years use, he was very polite and friendly the whole time I was in store such a credit to the company, thank you Ben.....

The five stars I'm giving are for Aman, who provides more than perfect customer service. He's professional, he's kind, he's helpful and he really cares. Guys, if you visit the place, ask for Aman. You'll be delighted.But on the other hand I would love to give 0 stars to BT. Their customer service is just a loop designed to get rid of a customer. You can't talk to living person no matter how difficult your problem is.Thank you Aman for helping me out.
