Thank you to Brian at the Trafford Centre store. My son picked a bracelet, then had some engraving on It. Unfortunately it didn't look 100% but Brian, went above and beyond to get us another form another store and even down to changing one side of the bracelet due a scratch. I can not thank you enough as this is a keep sake bracelet off a family member that has passed away.Thank you again Brian ?
