Shambolic. On web site it indicated Item sought was 'in stock' consequently, a trip was made to obtain it. Only to discover, 'it is not available', but 'could be ordered for collection on Monday'. In essence, a waste of time.

Paid a second visit to this branch today, collecting a part I ordered yesterday afternoon. Service was first class and in a different league to their useless Bolton branch. I learned a valuable lesson - use this branch and forget Bolton exists. Different as chalk and cheese. Well done Whitefield.

Good shop, got what we needed and the woman at the counter was lovely to chat to.I had fun like it was a day out at Hamleys Toy Store, I was made up with a big neon microfibre sponge thing, so found something interesting that actually made me want to wash my car. I usually cannot be arsed.

Placed online offer including bank holiday discount code and went to collect in morning, surprise surprise told "not in the system" showed the email confirming collection and price, but was told can't give you the online price and unable to deduct discount, so new price was over £15 higher!
