Consistently incorrect prescriptions issued, rarely in stock, no communication over opening hours, and hours frequently exceeding 45 minutes. Have now changed after the last few months of frankly awful service.

Been using this pharmacy for a few years now and have completely lost faith in them. Not only is their customer service none existent, they never answer the phone, everything takes 200 hours and they need to sort themselves out.

I would give it less than 1 star, the worst pharmacy in the world. The doctors sent my prescription for antibiotics that I needed urgently, I was assured by the doctor the pharmacy would have it in stock and as a last resort would be able to order It for the next day. It took Everest Pharmacy 3 MONTHS to get me my antibiotics. I went and cried asking for advice about what I can do whilst waiting for the medicine, as I was in pain and they said they didn?t know and couldn?t have cared less. They offered ZERO advice for a UTI which a pharmacist is meant to do, clearly nobody is trained there!!!! As well as this situation, every time I have gone for my repeat inhalers and creams, I?m told they do not have any stock, which they 100% should have and I?m told to come back to next day, I go back and they say the same for weeks on end. To top it off, they have given me medication multiple times and told me its for one thing, I have gone and googled when I get home and its for a completely different illness. DO NOT GO HERE if you need help, they are truly horrific and should be shut down immediately. Nobody their cares, everyone is so rude and I?m sure it?s illegal how they are practising.

Has that rare combination of awful customer service and incompetent processes.When you walk in it's as though you have insulted the staff by doing so.I've used the pharmacy for about 15 years now. It used to be merely 'bad', but the last year or so it's really let those lofty standards slip.Every time we use it there's a problem.

Terrible level of service. Took my mum with a burn on her arm and saw the pharmacist. Little to no advice, very erring and eventually said couldn?t help. Had no confidence that the pharmacist was competent.

Had me waiting for 30 minutes just to get my prescription that I was told was going to arrive today, since I visited the day before and ordered it. After 30 minutes of waiting, was told my medicine wasn?t even in stock. Absolutely shocking. Don?t come here if you want fast or good service.

I always call in advance to see if the repeat prescription has come through from the GP, then call again to check it is ready and ask when I should collect it, and yet somehow I still end up waiting 40 minutes for it, with no explanation or ever an apology

If I could less than one star I would. Awful service - told prescription not there - went to GP yes it is here is your EPS code show that to the pharmacy. After a trip back - yes it is here. No apology no sense of urgency from the staff. Would never ever use again. AVOID

Had multiple unfortunate experiences recently. Recently left waiting 45 mins for them to tell me they didn't have anything from my repeat prescription and there is a shortage of my medicine for my chronic illness which wasn't true. Unnecessary personal stress. Second time receptionist was short and snappy with me for asking a simple question.
