“My husband had lens replacements yesterday, there was a slight issue where the optometrist turned up late which meant we were sat around for an hour and half. The staff were really lovely especially Michelle on reception who makes a great cup of tea! Everything went really well and today his eyesight is spot on, would recommend”

Both reception people were pro-active and helpful and the optometrist himself was excellent: both thorough and explained the changes in my eyesight.The reason for not 5 stars is because of the shockingly bad treatment I have had from Optical Express up to this time which is the subject of a formal complaint at the moment.”

I don’t care for extravagant looks, with glasses, so the selection was decent. Other than the limit of Contactless Payment, which probably is not the fault of this place, the experience was sufficient. My glasses also got cleaned.”

Tyroni and tyrei are superb- my daughter loves the optometrists sumayyah- my last optometrists I seen for my daughter was amazing he was very good with her and told her the consequences she'll have if she dosent wear glasses. Overall amazing place. Also was really quick service- didn't wait lon and was thoroughly checked over”

“Friendly service, went in because the hinge on my glasses were broken and I needed an eye test anyway. The fine chap sorted the hinge out for free!Sales were friendly and helpful. They'll try and upsell you or get you to sign up for their payment plan to buy more glasses, but most places seem to be doing similar nowadays, and you can just say no.”
