“Walked in 10mins before closing, welcomed and served promptly. When I asked to check the availability of my size in a pair of men's shoes, the team member brought out an additional version of the pair that wasn't on display and was more my taste, which I ended up purchasing. The team member then began to explain the benefits of the loyalty scheme prompting me to purchase the brown version of the shoe, thus purchasing 2 pairs of shoes when my intention wasn't to purchase any. Both team members were friendly, warm and we're both influential in my decision to purchase. Will definitely be popping in again.”
