“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “By far one of the best customer experiences I had! I needed a report for uni to be printed and bound urgently so I went in store to check what what the process was and Sian in store was amazing! She helped me decide on what options I needed for my report, advised what dates/times would be busiest for Ryman and thus may take a longer printing time, made really clear what I needed to email and who to send to, let me know what price to expect and the full breakdown - and more importantly she was lovely to speak to, really clear, super nice and overall made this such a great and easy experience! Really look forward to using Ryman Oxford Road again :) Worthy of a 6 star ⭐️”

“I bought a double bed Wednesday it was delivered Thursday. No sockets for 1 1/2 of bed. I rung up & expected them to swap the half of divan base. They sent the sockets in a ziplock bag. My nephew & I put them on. The bed came with a matching headboard £189 for a whole double bed. This is really good as we were strapped for cash.”

“Super quick service. I needed to print visa documents and passport photocopies and it was nice and easy. We were asked to send emails to the email address on the wall, then chose which one was b&w or colour, then it printed, then done. Both my wife and I had tonnes of documents to do but they did it at super speed and it all cost us about 13 quid altogether. Would recommend to use again”

“Great service from Happy, a really nice guy with a friendly, pleasant manner. There's a lot to consider when buying a new sofa but unlike some other sofa shops, there was no hard sell and I didn't feel pressurised into buying anything.I visited this shop a couple of times before eventually deciding what to buy and each time Happy talked me through all the various options, gave me plenty of relevant info and once I was ready to buy a sofa, he went through the whole sales transaction with me. I would recommend to anyone.”

Nice dude grabbed a Nintendo Switch out of its box just to show me how to hook the device up, which was necessary given how confused I was about its plugs. I was tired and in a rush, so this level of commitment goes the extra mile.”
