The person I spoke to was excellent, extremely polite, he corrected my mistake without any absolute problems, the job was canceled by my own fault and there were conditions for the cancellation to have a payment percentage, only from that I respected his exceptional honesty, and I did not accept any percentage! Needed a report from the Hospital near Manchester ASAP as things had gone a bit Pete Tong at their end! I couldn't get there, and needed the report/scan info for an appointment that day near Preston. Phoned these guys, got a quote, confirmation email, paid, and the info was delivered within a grand total of under 2 hours. You literally cannot get better than that! Definitely recommend.

very poor service.we urgently needed a package collected and delivered within a time frame.they lied about the time of collection, then lied several times when the goods hadn't arrivedmade up stories about traffic .took 4 and a half hours for a 1 hrs 50 journey.I've dealt with lots of couriers in the pastthis is my worst experience costing me over £350 .use this company at your perill
