Went with mum to have her wedding ring cut off. The staff were very friendly and the manager was fantastic!Even though we had turned up on the off chance and he was eating his lunch he came straight out to deal with us.He put my mum at ease and was really kind and funny to help calm her nerves. Explaining what would happen. He was very patient. Great service.

I had a wonderful experience at the Manchester Fort jewelry shop, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mary. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding two perfect bracelets to complement my Cartier watch. Mary's expertise and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I'd also like to mention Dion, who was equally helpful and contributed to making my visit outstanding. I highly recommend this store for their outstanding customer service and exquisite jewelry selection.

Disappointing service to say the least. We sat waiting for more than one hours to be assisted, there was one woman working out with very little to no people in store. Understaffed and ridiculous waiting time.

It's always good to pop in before or after shopping online. Friendly staff. Small shop but you can see a little bit of everything for all occasions and pockets if you are in a hurry and in need for a gift.
