I visited the Manchester branch on 31st Oct to verify my ID for an account I hold in Pakistan. I was served by Ahsan Ul Islam and the service was second to none. He was very professional, explained what was going on and even though it wasn?t a quick transaction he was very attentive and patient. liaising with his counterpart in Pakistan (Gujar Khan) making sure they had everything they needed before I left. I felt really looked after with the first class service Ahsan provided and I wouldn?t hesitate to contact him in the future or to recommend the bank to friends and family. Thank you Ahsan for going out of your way you were exceptional!
